Services
The Clean Out
Typically this service is used to settle an estate or during a move. We take all
items from the home, large and small and place them into a roll away dumpster for
removal. These dumpsters require a 14 foot long area with 22 feet of height clearance.
We remove all items from the house, including - furniture, dishes, televisions, all paper
materials, everything in the garage and cellar, trash, everything but the kitchen
sink! You simply provide us with the keys or access to the house. When we are done
the house will be empty. We will do it all for you. If any personal items are found
during the clean out, we will put them aside for you. We don’t want any special
memories to be lost.
The Full Day Sale
The top of the line treatment lies in our Estate Sale Services. We sell the entire
contents of a home on site to settle an estate or when one is moving into a retirement
home. Our 35+ years of experience with estate sales, antiques and collectibles provide
us with an understanding of the best items to sell. We will provide you access to
our diverse database of buyers to improve your revenue. The end result is a successful
sale and a clean house vacuumed, broom swept and ready for final inspection.
Our services include:
- Researching the value of antiques and collectibles to insure a fair price.
- Full staff for the day of sale.
- Broom sweep and vacuum all rooms in the house, including attic, garage, basement and sheds .
(Sorry we don’t do windows!)
- Removing the remaining contents and placing them in a dumpster provided by the homeowner.
These dumpster require a 14 foot long area with 22 feet of height clearance. If
no dumpster is provided there is an additional charge for materials & manpower.
The Mini Sale
We wrote the book on a successful mini sale! When you simply do not have enough
items to justify a full day sale. We hold the sale from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. This allows
you to defer the cost of our services by raising some revenue from the sale of the
valuable items in your home. At the end of the night, those unwanted items are boxed
and bagged and placed on the curb for trash collection.*
* If your town does not provide for bulk pick up, a dumpster
must be used.
